JaPaNeSe FoOd.....

huhuhuh...Japanese food...is it delicious?? i don't know....i haven't try all those Japanese food yet.. but last week i already tested the sushi....hahahahah wow!! i can't eat that food actually...because that kind of food is not my appetite....sushi is a uncooked food...know what?? they put the fresh fish, prawn and cuttlefish without cook on the sushi....i ever read a book about uncooked food... in that book says "to get a full of protein, we need to eat the fresh seafood" so...do u know what it means?? hahahahaha...hahaha if i want to eat the sushi, maybe i will find the steam sushi...hahahhaha...they put the steam seafood on the sushi....so...no matter what, i will never and ever try the fresh one again after this....

HoW tO mAkE a CaKe...

secret recipe.....hehehehehehehehehh

Bahan-bahannya:
25 ml air
3 gram gula
22 gram tepung gelatin
1 kg strawberi puri
2 liter krim putar
1 kg strawberi purl
2 liter krim putar

Bahan membuat jejari span:
9 biji putih telur
2 gram gula pasir

Bahan A:
9 biji kuning telur
45 gram gula
100 gram tepung

Cara membuatnya:
1. Masak air bersama gula hingga mendidih dan masukkan strawberi puri dan gelatin yang telah dicairkan.
2. Pukul krim hingga kembang dan campurkan dengan bahan pertama yang telah sejuk tadi hingga sebati.
3. Tuangkan ke dalam acuan dan dingin bekukan selama 2 hingga 3 jam.
4. Setelah siap potong jejari span tadi dan lekatkan pada dinding kek.
5. Tuangkan sedikit jeli strawberi ke atas kek dan hiaskan mengikut kesukaan.

Cara membuat jejari span:
1. Putih telur dipukul bersama gula hingga kembang. Ketepikan.
2. Telur kuning dipukul dengan gula hingga kembang dan campurkan dengan bahan A.
3. Setelah itu masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit hingga habis.
4. Buat bentuk jejari sepanjang 2.5 inci - 3 inci di atas dulang pembakar.
5. Bakar di dalam ketuhar pada suhu 180°C selama 15 minit.

Guess what?? hahaha last Wednesday is my bad day...know why?? well..because i got an accident on that day...hm...my motorcycle is still ok..but me?? hahahaha my finger hurt...well half of my body on the left side cannot move actively as usual...i need to move my hand slowly...wow!! cannot believe this....hahahaha...I'm suffering because I'm not a passive person, i am such an active person..but now my movement is limited...so I'm not comfortable to live in this condition ..don't worry...it is not as bad as people think....maybe because this is my first time i involve in this kind of problem...so I'll get well soon.....hehehe please pray for me...yeah! huhuhuhu

hehehe...all above are my pic for my industrial training....hehehehe....repair the hospital equipments...that is my task...but now i'm not doing that job anymore....hehehehe....my new task...learn about management....i have to sit down in front of my laptop and typing...typing....typing.... i have to make sure all the Plan Preventive Maintenance workorder are already completed by technical staffs by month hehehehehe....so tired!!!! my eyes getting worse....i need something to make my eyes better.....hehehe i think....I NEED INNERSHINE..!! hehehe for eyes one..berry flavour....well Sis Yuli said the InnerShine taste good...heheh really??? can't wait to taste!!! huhuhuuhuhu
